I ordered a gift box of four cookies with a message and a seal to be brought out to my car, but they(black guy) only brought me a regular box without the message or seal. I had to go inside to get it fixed, and the guy working there didn't want to do it. Oh, and a couple in front of me left because the guy(white, beard and tattoos) wasn't being polite. I hope there aren't any issues with the cookies, since they’re a gift. I do not recommend this store.

In my family we love some peanut butter cookies! I was traveling through Waco and got a phone call letting me know peanut butter was a cookie this week and begging me to stop. So, we placed an order on the app, I pulled up and went inside and they had it all ready to go for me! The staff were super friendly, smiling, and helping other customers. And the location was very clean.

I love this place I walk in someone welcomes me and asks me what I want I tell him my order and in about 30 seconds I am told my cookies are ready I grab them amd walk out. This place has speedy service and a nice people who work him. The cookies are delicious I would crawl on my hands and knees here for a box of 16 cookies. The cookies are soft and like melt in your mouth they are so good. Overall this is a wonderful place to get desserts.

What a total disappointment. 8 bucks for 2 cookies and they were dry. No one else in the store, one person took our order, another person we had to wait for to put the frosting on the cookie, then another person hands me 2 fancy boxes with our 2 cookies. Guess I understand why it cost me 8 bucks, by the time I paid for all these employees and 2 fancy boxes gues the cookie was free. We wont be going back.

So I have no problem with the taste of the cookies or anything of that nature. My issue was I ordered online at 6:45 PM. It says my order would be ready at 6:50 PM. I thought that was a little too soon, so I waited a little bit before I head over to the store. I arrived about 7:08 PM. I checked in on the app. I waited until 7:40 PM and the only reason I did not want to get out is because I was in my night clothes. Which is why I ordered it online And when I pulled up, the storefront was packed so I didn’t feel comfortable getting off and my night clothes. after the whole crowd cleared, I walked into the store into these two young gentlemen. Race doesn’t make a difference to me, but for the sake of identifying, which one did what I will say the White Boy was apologetic and explained that the order never popped up on their screen is ready to prepare. However, when he ran out to give somebody else their cookies, I explained to Him that I have been waiting and told him my name, so even if my order didn’t pop up, I still told him that I had been waiting and he went back into the store and didn’t look into it. I walked out after they said that they would have my order ready shortly. When
